  • Our tours must be pre-booked by depositing the fee to the following account details: Bank: FNB; Account Holder: Microadventure Tours (Pty) Ltd; Account No. 62741478756; Branch: Parktown; Reference: Your name and send proof-of-payment to info@microadventuretours.co.za
  • Full Payment required to secure the booking.

  • Should the event be cancelled due to reasons beyond our control, it will be rescheduled for another day suitable for the organizer and Micro-Adventure Tours.

Booking Cancellations:

  • Refunds on Confirmed bookings cancelled prior to event date will be charged a cancellation fee as follows:
  • Cancellations > than 45 days prior to event = 10% of the net amount. (Min R100.00)
  • Cancellation within 44 to 30 days to event = 25% of the net amount.
  • Cancellation within 29 to 15 days to event = 50% of the net amount.
  • Cancellation within 14 days of event date = 100% of the net amount.
